Returns for refund / replacement must be received back into the manufacturing unit within 7 days from the date of receipt of product along with the following information for processing; 

• Your name
• Order number (this is the number that you receive on both your email confirmation and the invoice which comes with the product)
• Product name(s)
• Product batch number & expiry date
• Return authorization number
• Your concerns regarding the product (this would be appreciated as your feedback is very helpful for us. But, if you would rather not, this requirement is optional)
• Any other details which you think could be helpful (optional)

Refund / Replacement is not applicable in the following cases:

• Gift wrapping charges and postal/courier charges 
• For products that are received back in our manufacturing unit after 7 days of receipt of product by the customer. In case of shipments reaching us after 7 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we take it on a case-to-case basis to address the problem.
• Used products with excessive moisture and contamination, due to mishandling of the product
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.

Exchange

Exchange of unused products need to be communicated within 7 days and reach our manufacturing unit within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. Shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Customers need to share the details of couriers of products that they intend to exchange with us. The replacement of parcels from us would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
